We provide digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, link building, web development, and content marketing. Because our services are customized to each client’s needs, standard returns are not applicable once work has started.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request to cancel a service before work begins. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if no work has commenced.
  • If work has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed individually. We may issue a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed and costs incurred.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available for advance payments made directly to BRANDORA AG LIMITED for our services.
  • No refunds are available once a project is completed, delivered, or approved by the client.
  • Refunds will not be granted due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with results where services were provided as agreed.

4. Refund Process

  • Your full name and company name.
  • Project or invoice reference number.
  • Reason for the refund request.

We aim to review refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed or delivered services.
  • Third-party costs or tools purchased on your behalf (e.g., hosting, ad credits, domains).
  • Setup or consultation fees where work has already been performed.
